Report designs, template designs, and a visual brand refresh for Keartland & Co

Keartland & Co partners with business leaders who are passionate about scaling their positive impact on the world. They first reached out to me as they needed an on- brand, engaging design for their 2023 impact report. I have since gone on to design 2 further reports, a suite of branded templates for their social media content and PowerPoints, as well as creating a set of brand guidelines for them.

Process

We began working together in 2023 when I was referred to Keartland & Co to design their first impact report. Here we began a creative exploration process to nail down a style of report that felt aligned with their brand, and after a couple of iterations, we landed on a style that fit. This style then became the base for their future reports, with each report having unique elements developed for them to distinguish them visually.

In 2025, we performed a brand refresh on the existing Keartland & Co visual identity. This included adopting more appropriate fonts, providing them with more logo versions, and creating a set of brand style guidelines. The brand guidelines laid out and formalised their visual identity which we had been developing over the last couple of years through their impact reports.

Outcomes

Keartland & Co has now released 3 different reports with engaging, on-brand and professional design. This helps to: position them as a leader in their sphere of impact-driven business strategy; expand their client base; and positively influence purpose-driven businesses in their impact journey.

As well as this, Keartland & Co can now maintain a polished and consistent visual identity across their social media, event advertising, PowerPoints and proposals. Their templates were built intentionally to be very simple to edit and easy to collaborate on, meaning that even when they are working with external partners, brand consistency is maintained.
